I have to vote for MonsterTDI on this, both shots fit my definition of "scenic" and I particularly like the sun between the two buildings in the sunset one.

HAHAHAAHA!!!! I would have said the same thing. Note that earlier I said that I had an evil idea. This was it.

I'm not surprised that the winner involved a young girl.

As for my Century vote. I vote for monster. He copied my effect of the light on the roof line, but his has the chrome around the side windows too. I am going to work on this effect a bit and see if I can get something better. Maybe with the lights on to see how that looks.

I'll vote for Forza. The clarity and crisp contrast are excellent.
Is it a sunrise? or sunset? In either case, I'll take it as the winner.

If Forza's is a sunrise, I'll add a vote for monster's between the buildings shot for the sunset part of it.

Now now, to be fair, around here we had another classic STL weather swing where we plummet 40 degrees from the 80s.....in a land where it CAN snow in May....:rolleyes:

This would make a nice summer challenge...as so often my spotless car is often desicrated by run-off from wasteful corporate sprinklers...

Awhile back we had a challenge your TDI with a car of an opinionated driver. At the time the driver wasn't home so no picture for me.
Today he was home!

You are not going to get more abandoned than this, the rails are gone!
This is part of Ohio's Rails to Trails program. PennCentral closed the tracks in April 1976.
This is the Western Reserve Greenway Trail.

That's the best we can do in the dark. TDI is sorta visible in the background. Win? Or too dark?
