Current Challenge: (#689) Your TDI at a boat yard with a boat on stands or in a cradle. Trailers don't count. Extra points if someone is working on the boat.

Surely someone has a boat yard nearby.:confused:

Meh - can't get the car in that part of the boat yard and I was already there less than a week ago! ;)

Go for a drive, Paul - surely you can find a boat in Baltimore. :D

Don't change it somebody will get this. Or Dozenspeed will have a toy boat up on tooth picks or something! :D

Yes there are lots of them. It's 30 miles in the wrong direction when I leave in the morning for work. I'll take one for the team tomorrow. :)

Unless Dozenspeed beats me with the tooth picks or something! :D

I'll give this one a shot tomorrow afternoon. My wife needs me to pick up some patio furniture (my Golf can haul almost anything) and most boats at the local reservoir have been on stands since August because of drought.

I would do it in the morning, but 68 degrees in Colorado means it'll be time for a long motorcycle ride.

I live off route 66....surprisingly there was only this one and another way down the street that lit up and were visible.

Next Challenge(#691): your TDI in front of an old route 66 style landmark relating to the business/building.

This is the best I could come up with:



It says "Route 66 style" and I took that to mean some cheesy roadside attraction. This is taken at Peterson Rock Garden. HERE IS A LINK to some information.

I'm going to go with some "car" challenges for a bit. I have a few in my head.

Next Challenge(#692): Your TDI with an "El Camino" style rig.

In other words, a sedan front end with an open bed in the back. I can think of four off the top of my head.

Yes! I believe there are other cars similar to this description, but not sure what they are called. If you have one, go for it!
