I read the article. Interesting. Seems to be a direct relationship between correctly placed electro magnetic fields and decrease in viscosity leading to finer atomization of fuel. I wanted to ask you guys what you thought of this:

Interesting that they claim this product works because of the perpendicularity and strength of the multiple magnetic fields across the fuel line. Sounds similar to the one above, doesn't it though with different language? A flashpoint drop of 50 degrees F is also claimed.
And if you're interested, Acetone is said to reduce the surface tension of diesel leading to better atomization and combustion.
