I have interior monitoring, and european door locks. That's why I needed the euro CCM.moondawg said:

1. I used my Hex-Com cable and it works!!!
2. My windows now open and close with the FOB, alarm works no other problems.
3. My existing values were different but that's because I have a European CCM to begin with 1J0 959 799 AH

Has anyone been able to use an ISO-COM cable w/ VDS-Pro? I'm able to use my old version of vag-com to check codes via COM2, but VDS-Pro doesn't want to connect. I've tried running the software using command within WIN98 and then just DOS mode (trying all 4 com ports). Then I tried a DOS boot disk and that still didn't work. I'm going keep trying with the cable, but I'd like to know if anyone has had success in connecting via a ISO-COM...

I tried this on my Golf PD130 that was built in feb 2003. It has the 1C0 959 799 B but when i enter the 04361 address code it says error, wont accept so i gather its different, on the passat 2002 i just done also has the B module but the address 04361 worked perfect. Any ideas? Also anyone know the alarm memory address?

Not sure why the last 4 are ordered that way but it is what it is. Regardless, adding 4 to each number works.
So 250's change to 254, 242's change to 246. That's it.

Yeah, I sure did. I actually tried all the COM ports just in case. I set the baud rate to 9600 fixed. I would have thought the ISO-COM cable would have worked. I've tried to get it to work on two computers at this point... Could be user error, but I'm guessing it's something to do with the ISO-COM.tongsli said:

It wouldnt read my car thats built in Feb 2003 799 B module, just says eror or something, maybe they changed address codes on later models?

nothing on the 2004. Memory addresses are not correct for that CCM

On my 99.5, pinch protection is active when rolling the windows up with the remote. This normally wouldn't be a problem, except that when the body shop put my door back together they didn't get the window seal on right and it trips the pinch protection :/

Jason: Isn't there a way to reset the windows? I know that if you unplug your battery, you have to roll the windows all the way down, then all the way up to activate the one touch up/down. It has something to do with the pinch protection. And I don't remember where I found that info.
I have this in my notes. Do this without the remote, key only:
1. From outside car, lock doors
2. Unlock
3. Lock and hold for 1 - 2 seconds
I would assume with the windows up.

All you have to do is roll the windows up again, it disables the pinch protection the 2nd time. The procedure you posted resets the one touch auto up / auto down windows.
