P0243 code, turbo wastegate solenoid

I just got a code of P0243 turbo wastegate solenoid. I replaced the n75 valve, still getting the same code, after reset computer with my code reader. I do have a repair manual. I am trouble shooting wires and the diesel computer right now. Any help would be appreciated 06 jetta TDI

You'll need to do a search for more details, but some have wired the vane actuator full open to help diagnose turbo issues.

Thanks for the info I was considering wiring my turbo. I got a bad feeling it might be my diesel fuel injection computer.
