out of stock until September

both turbos are now gone I will have some more in September (due to holidays) if anyone is seriously interested please PM me and I will put you on a waiting list and let you know as soon as I get them. Also if you are looking for any other turbo like the 1749 or 1756 etc. I should also be able to get them but those will require some small security deposit paid up front. If anyone is in a hurry I should be able to get some GTB2260vk posted after 15th of August but the postage will be around £80-£90. Thx for all the interest I was surprised that the demand is so high and I will do everything to get some more as soon as I can for the same low price.

FS:1.9TDI ALH AFN BXE (and more) hybrid turbo based on GT1749VC (PD170) UK

Hi,
I currently have 3 different 1.9TDI hybrids in stock

ALH/AHH one
AFN/AVG one
BXE/BKC/BJB (PD105) one

All GT1749VC based hybrids are priced at £350 + delivery + 3.9% paypal charge. Delivery to the US is roughly £50-£70, across EU £30, UK £15

They are all based on Garrett GT1749vb/vc (PD150 shaft/PD170 compressor wheel) internals they fit the above engines P&P so no other modifications are required to fit them.

They have 170-200HP power potential but supported mods and remap is needed to achieve that.

I can supply a hybrid/or stock turbo for pretty much any 1.9TDI engine, I can also supply k03 hybrids for 1.8T engines and pretty much any other vag car. Just PM me with your requirements.

Waiting time for hybrid made to order is 7-21 days, delivery time to the USA is 3-5 working days (unless you are willing to pay for express delivery), EU - 2-5 working days, UK - next day usually (turbos are posted from within the UK).
To place an order for a hybrid (or any other turbo not currently in stock) security deposit of £50 will be required.

The hybrids are rebuilt, balanced and are coming with 6 month unlimited mileage warranty.

If you PM me please always make sure to provide your vehicle make/model/engine code/manufacturing year. Also please mind that there is 6-8hours time difference between UK and the US so I may not always answer your questions straight away.

the only real benefit from a VC turbo is the GTB vane setup so its not really any better than a PD150 or cupra turbo?

It's no better than a cupra turbo, but a good bolt on upgrade for an ve engine? rather than having to weld different outlet on a pd150 turbo, or buy a modified rear mount to fit, Sam

Deposit paid on one :) What sort of power and torque figures are you getting out of the Octavia, and what injector nozzles are you running with it, Sam

and here is another one GT1749vb (PD150) hybrid in my Octavia mk1 1.9TDI ALH with .216 nozzles, decat and stock injection pump and the rest + obviously remap, with Gt1749vc and .230 nozzles it would be much more

I'm thinking of swapping my .216 for .230 or .240 and aiming for 180bhp maybe, Sam

so the GT1749VC hybrid will do just fine and from experience I would recommend fuel lift pump which is a very low cost mod and does make difference

I've got a 2005 mk4 golf TDI with the bew. I just found out yesterday my turbo actuator has failed and I'm looking for the best alternative to get the car going again. I already have a dark side developments smic installed and a kerma omi intake. Do you have any thing that will suit my needs. Thanks,

Björk

I'm not looking for big gains Its our daily driver to get back and forth to work it sees alot of highway every week. It has to be economical and reliable.

I've seen to replace the actuator but have been told in the bewwith the kp39 its not possible or it is a lot of messing around.

can't comment on the actuator sorry, the GT1749VC would be an ultimate choice as since it's been design for PD170 engines it will be much more reliable than the stock turbo

PM sent
