2013-2014 touareg TDI factory extended warranty

Is this true and anyone know of the details as I am considering buying one of these awesome SUV's? Supposedly 'dieselgate' precipitated this perk for only these 2 years.

I know the 2013 I recently purchased has the dieselgate extended warranty. I honestly have not paid attention to the details on the years extended since it was repaired (wasn't fixed under my ownership) and I think its up to 100K miles. I am only at 22K so knock on wood I am good for a while.....

Sounds like the whole system is good to go for next 10yrs. I have 5000miles on the clock now.
