i was wondering if anyone was runnign one of these?

when my downpipe fell off from rusting, i cut it off and drove like that for 1/2 months till whitebreads downpipe got to me, and I must say the sound the car made was so raw and mean I loved it, but it was freaking loud.

so i thought, why not have both worlds, that and a stock catback.

anyone done it? thoughts?

i even passed the canada/us border twice with no exhaust at all, they almost loved it lol, although they still scanned my car...

I have used them (don't personally own them) and many around the late model V8 crowd praise cutouts from DMH Performance. They aren't cheap but they are quality units.

BTW, it's friggen awesome to go from quiet to loud at the flip of a switch!

those things work great right after the downpipe

like you said it's the best of both worlds....some are even cheap too like the kind you have to unscrew wing nuts to remove the plate

don't think it's illegal in any way if system is still routed to cat + muff when inspected
