98 jetta, mk3, vbelt drives 2 pulleys, probably power steering and water.

The two crank pulleys are gone leaving two sheared bolts.

Anyone have or know where I can get replacements. I have found the serpentine pulley on ebay, can't find the vbelt pulley.

part #s ?

Any help would be great, the car is currently off at college with my son and trying to get it home for xmas break

Thank you

The two crankshaft pulleys are the serpentine, which is actually a harmonic balancer and a v-belt pulley, which drives the WP and the PS pumps.

Am I to understand that the bolts sheared off and both of the crankshaft pulleys have gone missing?

The balancer is quite common to find since those fail, but the v-belt pulley is less common because those don't fail.

The harmonic balancer is part # 028105243T
The v-belt pulley is part # 028105253A

Hope you're able to get the vehicle home!

I would suspect two bolts came out and the last two broke.
Yes the pulleys 2went away and my daughter was driving at the time.

Thank you for the numbers
