Will they fit or did that model have bigger brakes? I've come up with pro and con evidence doing searches. Tire Rack lists 16 as the smallest OEM.

95% sure they'll fit. Take a look at the spare, I bet it's a r15.

I think it should fit, my friend has also a 2013 Jetta Sportwagen 2.5 SE and he fitted it with a R15. and he said it was a great deal since it also comes with a free Fluke 101 Multimeter. And I check a Fluke 101 Review and it was a great deal indeed.

There are just too many to list....
The S wagon had 15" steelies, but the same brakes. So did the base Rabbits.

S wagons are pretty rare, but I do have a regular here that has one.

I just bought a 2012 S wagon with 2.5, heated cloth seats, 70k on clock and it looks like new. And yes my spare 15 inch rims from the A5 Jettas do fit.

Does this Bentley manual apply to a 2012 Jetta Sportwagen ?

Volkswagen Jetta (A5) Service Manual: 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 Illustrated Edition

Thanks. I think the 12 Sportwagen is an A5 because I drove a NCS and I didn't like it all. Steering was numb, too much body roll and the interior was cheap looking. The 12 wagon has a nice interior and feels German like my A5s.

Yes, the wagons are still the A5. There is no A6 wagon, they just gave them a facelift. Although there is not a HUGE difference in the A5 and A6 cars (the 2011-2018 Jetta sedan is NOT an A6, it is the NCS, which is very different, as you found out).

A 2012 2.5L wagon is a good car.

I sure like it. On another note I have to replace the clutch in my 07 and am installing a single mass flywheel. The correct kit just arrived and I don't have an A5 manual yet. The torque specs in the link below are from a single mass conversion for an A4. I'm assuming the torque specs are same for the A5
