While driving home from work I have noticed that heated seats are not working and the HVAC blower is not working on the first setting. It works on the second, third and four. The funny thing is that it blows on the second setting with the force it used to blow on the first, and so on: it blows on the fourth setting with the force it used to blow on the third setting. Blower is not making any funny noises, it runs smooth. Fuses are OK.
Anybody has encountered such a situation?
Thanks.

The HVAC fan issue it typically the blower fan resistor. It is a common issue on these cars. The resistor is mounted by the blower under the passanger side dash. Search the subject. Speed 2, then 3 will be next to go.

On the seats: check the fuse & relay.
