I was wondering if anyone has used any of the body shops in the Cary, Apex or Raleigh area. I have a 2012 Golf TDI and picked up a 2016 Golf R 5 days ago. Yesterday something flew up from a car one lane over and struck the rear driver side door of the Golf R while driving down 40. The damage is not major but I really want to get it fixed. Trying to figure out which body shop in the area to take it. Thanks in advance.

If your looking just for a body shop and not VW certified I would take it to Hendrick Collision Center in Cary. The person that runs the shop is a good friend of mine and is extremely picky about the work his tech's do. He may be higher than other shops but like I said he will do a fantastic job for you. His name is Pete Gesock

Thanks for the recommendation. I am probably going to just use the touch up paint kit. I assume I will get more damage over time and will take it to a shop at that point.
