Sun screen on panarrmic roof

Panoramic sun roof sun screen sags on wife's 2015 Q5 on the passenger side since I got it 2 months ago. Can you just replace the guides or the screen or the whole unit.? There are 2 different part numbers for screen only or the whole unit. What is involved in doing it? The motor moves the broke one from back to front and rewinds back again. I know the head liner will probably have to come down and how much time should it take to do it? Are there any tricks?

I've watched several videos on the install. In from the back seems to be the way. I had the glass back and there is just a small track for it to ride in. The only thing I didn't see is how you put the new shade in the metal box/carrier, how it attaches to the motor and where do the two plastic clips go? Also does the front bar come out the back when you remove the metal box? All of the videos I have seen seem to leave out the middle part of the repair.
